Greetings esteemed client. I haven’t posted a company update in a while and wanted to reach out to you and say hello. C & M Bookkeeping, our flagship company which has been around since 2011 is still committed to your company’s successful operation.

Stay Safe this Holiday Weekend

First, let me say that Manuel and I wish you and your families a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. We are two days away as I write this post and we are both looking forward to a little down time with family and friends.

A walk down recent memory lane

Let me remind you about our current company structure. C & M Bookkeeping was founded in 2011 as a Nevada Limited Liability Company (LLC) offering small business accounting solutions. Thanks to our awesome clients, we have grown over the years.

I was still working as an industrial electrician while Manny grew this business. But, with the inevitability of aging, I had a knee injury requiring surgical repair.

Afterwards, the orthopedic surgeon bluntly suggested that I pursued a new career path. I started training in programming. That led to an interest in digital marketing concepts for business success. This then led to the creation of a new brand, CharleyBlue Designs.

So, with Manny working diligently on your bookkeeping and payroll requirements, I started building business websites for my client’s greater market exposure.

Then, low and behold, we decided to use the advantages of incorporating our business efforts and came up with the cleaver name, C and M Companies Inc.

For a short time, neither C & M Bookkeeping LLC nor the sole proprietorship, CharleyBlue Designs existed. At least not until we completed the filing of fictious business names with the county. And low and behold, we had our two brands back!
