Business-Class Networking Hardware Upgrades Required
Reno, Nevada July 8, 2025
I want to inform you of a delay in rolling out this new C and M service feature. I was hoping to get it off the ground by the end of June but networking limitations with our current hardware setup became apparent. So, back to the drawing board. I’m looking at purchasing business level router/gateway and WIFI Access Point (AP).
So this leaves me the rest of July to make the purchase decision and provision the new hardware. I’m in the learning and discovery process. I have a dangerous-level knowledge of networking so I’m hitting the books to get up to speed. Therefore I’m pushing the preliminary start date to the middle of August, 2025.
VOIP Phone Service Needs More Internet Power
I will be using VOIP phone service to provide the answering service portion of this service plan. To make sure that we can handle all of your calls coming in from prospective clients as well as your current clients must go unimpeded. I’ve go it covered and will makes sure all calls are smoothly handled through our new system. So you can concentrate on other important daily tasks. And not have to worry about potential client calls getting missed, appointments missed, or forgetting to follow up with a prospect.
