Virtual Assistant Service Business On Hold

We did not get enough interest in this new service option for our busy clients and wanted to provide this update you. Charley is disappointed that the idea did not take off but there maybe a need in the near future. So, this idea may still happen.

In all fairness, Charley did not have enough time to market this concept properly. He has been busy on corporate business areas and did not get to provide the dedicated concentration to take this concept live. On top of this, the economic uncertainty today being tenuous, it is prudent to put this idea on standby status for now.

Network Equipment Update

In anticipation of the greater networking needs of Virtual Assistant business, Charley has acquired the necessary networking equipment to be able to handle a call center’s traffic. He had to get rid of the home/small business router to be able to properly handle call volume. This means that when we do get the positive indicators to proceed with rolling out this business unit, we will be ready to go in the Internet Networking department.
